Privacy notice.
This notice explains what we collect when you use zapii.com.au, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how to contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Details you give us. When you book a conversation, request a strategy session or open the free tracker, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number and the topic you chose.
- How you use this site. The page you arrived on, the site that referred you, the pages and channels you visit here, the actions you take (for example opening a channel, using a calculator, opening a question, submitting a form), the time you spend, your device type, screen size and browser language.
- Campaign identifiers. If you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, the campaign identifiers in that link (utm parameters and click ids) are kept in your browser for 30 days so we know which campaign brought you here.
Why we collect it
- To run the conversation or strategy session you asked for, and to follow up your enquiry.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To attribute enquiries to the campaigns that generated them.
Analytics tools
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity when they are enabled. Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, including session recordings and heatmaps, with typed personal details masked. Both tools set identifiers in your browser and process data on their providers' infrastructure, which may be outside Australia. Campaign identifiers are the only part of a web address we pass to these tools.
Where your details are stored
Enquiry details, together with a summary of your visit (landing page, referrer, campaign, pages viewed and actions taken), are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which is hosted in the United States. Bookings made through our calendar are stored with Google Calendar. If you open the free tracker, your registration is handled by Zapiio.
Your choices
- You can browse the site without providing any personal details.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
- You can opt out of analytics with your browser's tracking protection or an extension that blocks analytics scripts.
